A comparison of the use of swirl aerators and microporous aerators in industrial parks
During the operation of the swirling aerator, gas enters from the bottom flange port and is ejected from two nozzles near the bell-shaped surface, creating a swirling effect that accelerates the swirl upwards along the bell-shaped wall. The very high speed gradually narrows towards the top of the bell, causing the air to gain greater acceleration and impact force.

How should I select a vortex aerator?
Construction units often encounter this problem when carrying out sewage treatment operations. I don't know how to choose a vortex aerator? What are the standards for selecting a vortex aerator? Next, in order to help you find a suitable vortex aerator, Shandong Zhiyuan Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. will tell you how to choose a vortex aerator!

What preparations are needed before and after installing a hydrocyclone aerator?
Some work needs to be done before and after using the swirl aerator. The swirl aerator finds that the submersible aeration equipment working in the water also needs to complete these tasks. Only with proper handling can there be next use. If you want to continue using it, please ensure the safety and integrity of the equipment itself.

Technical advantages of IC cans
1. High Volumetric Loading Rate IC tanks have strong internal circulation, good mass transfer effect, and large biomass. Their volumetric loading rate is much higher than that of ordinary UASB reactors, generally about 3 times higher. When treating high-concentration organic wastewater, when COD is 10000-15000mg/L, the volumetric loading rate can reach 10-18 kgCOD/m³·d.

The working principle of IC cans
An IC can mainly consists of a cup-shaped body and inlet/outlet. It is characterized by having a relatively positioned inlet and outlet on the upper part of the cup-shaped can wall with a round bottom, with the inlet positioned slightly higher horizontally. Movable valve plates are installed at the inlet and outlet, with sealing pads on the contact surfaces between the valve plates and the inlets. A curved baffle plate at the bottom is vertically inserted into the can from the central flat hole of the can lid.
