What checks and maintenance work should be carried out before operating an anaerobic tower?
When using anaerobic towers to treat wastewater, to ensure the equipment functions properly, it is necessary to prepare the equipment before operation and perform maintenance.

What conditions are required for an anaerobic tower to operate?
(1) Appropriate pH value: For anaerobic reactions to proceed smoothly, the pH value in the reactor must be between 6.5 and 8.2. (2) Sufficient conventional nutrients: The nitrogen concentration in the reverberator must be in the range of 40-70 mg/L to meet the demand, while phosphorus and sulfide can be met by maintaining lower concentrations. Ji湾 bacteria have special requirements for sulfide and phosphorus, and their content in the reverberator must be ensured. Sometimes, phosphorus fertilizer and sulfate need to be added to the influent.

Why is there severe sludge carryover in the anaerobic tower as soon as it starts up?
As we all know, high-efficiency anaerobic reactors are the core of wastewater treatment systems. In actual operation, some abnormal situations often occur, such as the loss of anaerobic granular sludge. Continuing to operate the sludge inevitably leads to a reduction in the amount of sludge in the anaerobic reactor. So why is there serious sludge loss in the anaerobic tower when it is just started?

Why use a hydrocyclone aerator? What are its advantages and characteristics?
Structure and principle of the swirl aerator: A swirl aerator consists of an air inlet, base, inclined cutter, inner cutter, outer cutter, shell, central shaft, and aerator. The base, air inlet, inclined cutter, inner cutter, outer cutter, and outlet are connected from bottom to top. The air inlet is installed on the base, and the base and outlet are bonded together by the shell. The inclined cutter, inner cutter, and outer cutter are fixed in the shell via the central shaft.

Many types of industrial wastewater can be treated using a vortex aerator
Many factories are built in the suburbs, and many are built directly by the river, discharging wastewater directly into the river. The government forcibly shut down these factories! The types of factories are increasing, and the composition of their industrial wastewater is also increasing. Usually, we need a treatment system composed of several methods to meet the required emission standards. One of the most common methods for treating industrial wastewater is the clarifier.
