The base, air inlet, inclined cutter, inner cutter, outer cutter, and outlet are connected from bottom to top. The air inlet is installed on the base, and the base and outlet are bonded together by the shell. The inclined cutter, inner cutter, and outer cutter are fixed in the shell via the central shaft.
