Anaerobic tower: What to do after the top of the anaerobic tower is corroded?
The anaerobic tower is easily corroded at the gas-liquid interface due to electrochemical corrosion. Over time, this corrosion thins the steel of the anaerobic tower, making it susceptible to collapse or leakage under external forces. The reliability and safety of anaerobic towers are increasingly being emphasized. Let's analyze a case of an anaerobic tower top collapse.

How does an anaerobic tower work?
Anaerobic towers actually consist of anaerobic filter (AF) and upflow anaerobic sludge blanket reactor (UASB), so it is also called UBF reactor. The bottom of the anaerobic tower composite bed reactor is the sludge floating layer, and the upper end is equipped with filler. It can be considered that the thickness of the anaerobic filter filler layer is moderately reduced, and the necessary space is left between the water distribution system software and the filler layer in the pool to facilitate the growth and accumulation of floating granular sludge, thus forming the UASB process.

The role of aerators in municipal wastewater and industrial wastewater treatment
Microporous aerators alleviate the pollution level of sewage or industrial wastewater by injecting oxygen, enabling it to meet emission standards and reducing repeated water pollution for environmental protection. Aerators are also easy to operate and the equipment itself does not pollute the environment. In addition, various types of aerators are available on the market to meet the needs of different industries and wastewater treatment objects, depending on the environment and the wastewater treatment object. They are used in environmental remediation and various industries requiring wastewater treatment.
